Tea, coffee and water are available at Primrose Park Art and Craft Centre, but we suggest you bring your own lunch to workshops, as there are no shops nearby.

Autumn Blues
Please join us in celebrating the amazing 30+ works produced by our members including an emotional support chicken, quilts, felted bowls in various shapes and sizes in a fabulous range of blues and autumn hues.
Some works are for sale so bring your wallet/credit card/phone to support the efforts of the members

Spindling in all its forms
Join tutor Ann Jackson, foremost spindling tutor in Australia, for a day of spindling through some beautiful fibres and rovings as well as a wide selection of spindles. We’ll work through all the “styles” of spindling from drop to support. From the tiniest Turkish to the majestic Navajo, we’ll try them all. We’ll learn how to take fibre and make it into yarn. Spindling is a wonderful skill to have when challenged with bus trips, doctor office waits, kids sports viewing and just trying to wind down from a hectic day. Ann has been spindling for 20 years and enjoys taking someone from throwing down the spindle saying “I can’t do this” to seeing them produce fine strong yarn. Whether you’ve never held a spindle or you’re experienced but are looking for some new techniques, come along! We’ll have a great day.
